The stomach normally secretes acid that is essential in the digestive process. An excess or imbalance of digestive acids produced by the stomach can cause a stomach ache, gas, nausea, bad breath and other symptoms. When there is excess production of acid by the gastric glands of the stomach, it results in the condition known as acidity. Acidity is not a major health problem and it is a common problem that affects people of all ages like Men & women, Children’s and Old People. Acidity or acid reflux commonly called heartburn is caused when digestive acids flow up from the stomach and into the esophagus. Dyspepsia, Heartburn and the formation of ulcers are some of the symptoms. It is more common in highly emotional and nervous individuals. Consumption of Alcohol, Highly taken Spicy foods, Non Vegetarian Diets, Non Steroidal anti inflammatory Drugs, Un Healthy Foods, Not eat foods in correct time is the most common causes of acidity. Acidity or Acid Reflux or Heart burn is not a dangerous health problems and easy to cure.

Aniseed and Honey
Boil one or two Glass of water and mix one tablespoon of Aniseeds (It is a great source of iron, copper, Potassium, Manganese, Zinc and magnesium, Niacin, Riboflavin and more, which helps easy digestive, Decongestant and more). Cover and leave overnight. Strain the water in the morning add one tablespoon of honey. Drink at least three or four times in a day to prevent acidity.

It has also made its way into ayurvedic medicine as a treatment for mouth ulcers, Digestive problems and even depression and some health problems and more) in powder ways. Use the Powder as a mouth freshener after every meal. In this treatment prevent and help no more acidity and no more bad breath.
