Healthy Foods for Hair Growth

Salmon

Salmon fish includes Vitamin D, protein and omega 3 fatty acids. You have to include this fish in your meal to grow your hair shiny and stronger. This fish also protect you from diseases. Along with giving you long beautiful hair Salmon will give you strong heart as well. 

Eggs

Eggs are also one of the strongest food for hair growth. Eggs are high in biotin and it also contains vitamin B. Vitamin B is essential for hair growth. Egg white doesn’t make your hair beautiful and long, it’s the yolk. You can apply eggs directly to your hair as well. Just massage beaten egg into your hair half an hour before you take shower. 

Almonds

Almond nuts are high in biotin. Almonds help making your hair grow thicker and faster. For best results soak almonds overnight in water and then consume them. Eating soaked almonds help with nutrient absorption in the body. 

Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potatoes contain beta carotene and vitamin A. Sweet Potatoes are a great for both hair growth and healthy scalp. Enjoy them either boiled, steamed, or grilled. 

Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are the best food source of vitamin E. Sunflower seeds are also one of the good source of faster hair growth and it will  enhance blood flow to the scalp. Sunflower seeds are relatively cheap and easily available.
