Regular exercise can help you reach or maintain a healthy weight and it helps to cuts stress, Control blood pressure, Cholesterol and triglycerides levels. Get at least 40 minutes a day (morning and evening) of aerobic exercise 5 days week.

Stress is also main reason For Diabetes. Excess stress can elevate blood sugar levels. Work to reduce your source of stress from lack of sleep, exposure to toxins, sitting quietly for 15 to 20 minutes, meditating and yoga.
