Back pain (or) Lower back pain is a prevalent problem among 80 percent Americans. In fact statistics from the American chiropractic association reveal that at least 23 million Americans experience lower back pain at any given time.

Symptoms of back pain like: Weight loss, Inflammation on the back, Pain down the legs, Numbness around the genitals, the anus and Buttocks and more.

Relieve Back Pain:

Good Sleep

Sleep disturbances are common among back pain sufferers. Good sleep is very much to support your whole body and mind. Sleep is peaceful slumber helps to repair strained muscles and soothe inflamed joints. And everyone to understand sleeping position is also major problem to create back pain, start with a good bed and correct position to avoid the back pain. Some people to use the pillow between their knees help them sleep more comfortably.

Everyone to take rest up to 7 to 8 hours, it will help your back pain surely (Less back pain).

Exercise or Yoga

Regular exercise or yoga may helps to rid against the back pain. Yoga or exercise may be an effective strategy for alleviating back pain by making people more aware. More than 80 to 90 percent of people to cure back pain using yoga or exercise around the world. Try going out for a slow, easy walk and pick up the pace if it feels good. Regular exercise is also smart idea strengthening and stretching the muscles can reduce or eliminate many type of pack pain like less pain or severer pain.

Massage

Getting a massage is anther simple ways to relief from back pain. Use hot and cold therapy around the pain area and you can feel better about the pain. Generally cold therapy or massage works better for inflammation and reducing swelling. While hot water bottle or heating pad is ideal for reducing cramping and muscle spasms.

Use this method any time to apply the affected area and will get rid against the back pain.
